Woodstock Institute invites you to the 2015 Community Investment Awards Reception at Instituto Cervantes on May 14, 2015, at 4:30 p.m. After we enjoy some tasty appetizers, drinks, and networking, we will recognize the accomplishments of community champions who exemplify what it means to work locally with a national impact.
This year we will be honoring Heartland Alliance, Rohit Chopra of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and The Resurrection Project for their outstanding leadership.
There will also be a panel that will address student loans and how they affect for-profit college students. The panel includes Katie Buitrago of Woodstock Institute, Rohit Chopra of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Samuel Levine of the Office of the Illinois Attorney General, and Eve Rips of Young Invincibles.
Regular tickets are $35 and are on sale until May 14.
This event is being supported by Citi.
